1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ph355 Platform in any manner โ€” including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game โ€” you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the ph355 Platform from time to time.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and ph355 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

3 Eligibility

To register for and use the ph355 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
  • You must not be a resident of, or accessing ph355 from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph355 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
  • You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from ph355 or any other gaming platform for violations of terms of service.
  • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Age Verification: ph355 employs automated and manual age verification procedures. If we are unable to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years, your Account will be suspended and any funds held pending verification. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on ph355, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) ph355 Account. Creating multiple accounts โ€” whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods โ€” is strictly prohibited. ph355 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including real-money deposits, without prior notice.

4.3 Account Security

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.5 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ph355 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to โ‚ฑ100 per month to inactive accounts after providing written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period.

5 Deposits & Payments

ph355 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods for Philippine players:

  • E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
  • Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
  • Debit Cards: Philippine-issued debit cards on major networks

All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is โ‚ฑ50. ph355 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ph355 Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. ph355 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds at any time.

Payment Method Note: ph355 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Any attempt to deposit via prohibited methods will be declined and may trigger an account review.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
  • Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is โ‚ฑ200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
  • ph355 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 60 seconds once approved.
  • ph355 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding โ‚ฑ50,000 in a single transaction or โ‚ฑ200,000 in a calendar month.
  • Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.

ph355 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, ph355 will notify the Player and may request additional verification documents.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

ph355 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. ph355 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ph355 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance voided, and their Account may be suspended or permanently closed.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. ph355 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was offered.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ph355 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money. The following general gameplay rules apply across all ph355 games:

  • All game outcomes on ph355 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes conducted in real time. ph355 does not manipulate game outcomes.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the Player's Account. ph355's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph355 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during Account use.
  • Accessing ph355 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
  • Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the ph355 Platform.
  • Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and tournaments.
  • Using any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over ph355 or other Players, including card counting software, RNG prediction tools, or automated betting systems.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph355 staff, live dealers, or other Players through any communication channel.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any ph355 software, game code, or security systems.
  • Registering an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your Account.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the normal operation of the ph355 Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph355 Platform โ€” including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform โ€” is the exclusive property of ph355 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph355 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ph355 content without prior written consent from ph355.

Any unauthorized use of ph355 intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ph355 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the ph355 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

ph355 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and ph355 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

ph355 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence units, where required by Philippine law or as necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph355 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph355 Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond ph355's reasonable control.
  • Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
  • Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information provided on the ph355 Platform.
  • Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
  • Any loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms.

ph355's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ph355 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph355's liability for death or personal injury caused by ph355's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13 Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Player

You may close your ph355 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13.2 Closure by ph355

ph355 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory requirements, or commercial decisions. In cases of Account closure due to Player breach, ph355 may forfeit all balances held in the Account.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the ph355 Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination โ€” including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law โ€” shall continue to apply.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph355's customer support team for informal resolution. ph355 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph355 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

16 Amendments to These Terms

ph355 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph355 will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the ph355 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
